The operator and your order

Poihy™ is owned and operated by Beijing Yaoyang Ruixing Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern purchases on poihy.com.

Submitting an order confirms that your checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method. Orders can be reviewed before fulfillment. We may reasonably decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical errors, legal restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason.

Product details, availability, and corrections

We work to describe products accurately. Screens, lighting, manufacturing variations, and other reasonable factors may cause minor differences in appearance.

Genuine errors in pricing, descriptions, stock information, or website operation may be corrected when identified. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will explain the issue and the available resolution.

Prices, payment, and promotional conditions

Before you submit an order, checkout displays product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes, and the final total. Payment options are also shown there. Orders require successful payment authorization and may be subject to fraud or security checks.

A promotion may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, product restrictions, or other conditions stated alongside that offer.

Processing and delivery

After payment confirmation, normal processing is 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volumes may extend it to up to 5 business days.

Standard transit to supported United States destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Stock availability, product location, and destination determine whether fulfillment is handled by our facilities or designated partners. See the Shipping Policy for the delivery process.

Cancellation requests

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before fulfillment begins. We will make reasonable efforts to honor eligible requests. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has started. A successfully canceled order incurs no cancellation fee when canceled before fulfillment.

Returns, refunds, and product problems

Eligible products can generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order details and relevant photos or videos. After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution.
